Gary Marshall, Managing Director of Marshall Panelcraft Limited was one of only three bodyshop proprietors selected in the process of generating the PAS125 Standard in conjunction with Thatcham, leading insurance companies, motor manufacturers and British Standards prior to the launch in 2007, we as an industry recognised many shortfalls within the repair process. The Kitemark underpins the competencies required within the industry. What’s been apparent since we achieved the standard is that all parties are involved, generating a vibrant working atmosphere as all staff are more interactive within the repair process and have a greater understanding of their job roles and responsibilities and ownership of their tasks.

This is supported by our commitment, investment and training which enables them to achieve higher standards and levels of competencies supported by ATA Certification or NVQ 3 and further career development.
